Service Content and Scope

93VPN provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access and access to international websites, supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Services include account management, subscription configuration, international route access, plan management, and support features available through the user panel. Available routes may change based on network conditions, maintenance plans, and resource allocation.

The service is intended to improve cross-border connection quality, but actual results may be affected by region, access provider, device, system settings, and the status of the destination website. A subscription does not guarantee access to any specific website, application, regional content, or uninterrupted connection. Users are responsible for confirming that their device environment and intended use are suitable for the service.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and subscription information and are responsible for activity under their account. If credentials appear compromised, subscription information is exposed, or unauthorized use occurs, change the password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

Subscriptions support use on any number of devices managed by the account holder. Unlimited devices do not permit resale, rental, public distribution, or sharing a subscription with unrelated individuals. Users may not copy and sell subscription information, establish relay services for third parties, or use bulk sharing in a way that affects other users' normal access.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Plan allowances, active status, and usage records are determined by the information shown in the user panel.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the accessed destination is located, and must determine whether their network activities are lawful. The service may not be used to carry out or assist unlawful activities, including violating others' rights, distributing unlawful content, accessing systems without authorization, interfering with network facilities, sending malicious traffic, or engaging in fraud.

Users may not use the routes in a way that could harm service stability, security, or normal operation. They may not probe, attack, or modify service-side systems, or evade account management, traffic measurement, or access-control measures. Users are solely responsible for complaints, losses, or legal liability arising from their conduct.

Service Availability and Liability

93VPN maintains, adjusts, and allocates resources according to route conditions. Planned maintenance, temporary faults, upstream network changes, public network quality, device configuration, destination service changes, and events beyond reasonable control may cause connection speeds to vary, some routes to become temporarily unavailable, or service interruptions to occur. Necessary maintenance may be carried out without notifying users individually in advance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for losses caused by a user's device, third-party platforms, upstream networks, or improper configuration. Users should save important materials themselves and verify connection status before conducting critical activities. These terms do not exclude liability that the law expressly prohibits from being limited or excluded.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If an account involves a violation of these terms, resale or public sharing of a subscription, interference with service operation, infringement of third-party rights, false transaction information, or other clear abuse, 93VPN may, based on the level of risk, issue a warning, restrict certain features, suspend route access, or terminate the service. To verify unusual activity, the service may ask users to provide necessary details through a panel support ticket.

Users may stop using the service, but stopping use does not automatically cancel orders that have already taken effect. A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 60 days after the first payment. The applicable scope, request method, and processing rules are set out in the separate Refund Policy.

Changes to Terms and Effective Date

93VPN may revise these terms due to service changes, compliance requirements, or updates to operating rules. Updated content will be published on this page, along with the date shown on the page. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be communicated through available on-site methods.

Continuing to use the service after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the revised content. If users do not agree with a change, they should stop using the service and, where covered by the Refund Policy, submit a request through the applicable process. These terms, together with the separately published Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the rules applicable to use of 93VPN services.
