Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what information 93VPN processes when providing its website, user panel, cross-border access, and network acceleration subscription services, why it is processed, and how users can manage it.

Using the service means that the user has read this policy. 93VPN processes information only as needed to provide the service, protect account and system security, fulfill orders, handle refunds, and improve the website, with access limited according to purpose.

Collection Scope and Processing Purposes

Creating a 93VPN account requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. As a result, an email address is neither required during registration nor collected for the purpose of creating an account. Account data mainly includes the username, securely processed authentication information, account status, subscription status, and traffic usage. This data is used for authentication, displaying service status, calculating available traffic, and handling account actions.

Order data includes the selected plan, amount due and amount paid, payment status, order status, creation and completion times, and necessary transaction identifiers. This information is used to confirm payment, activate subscriptions, process upgrade price differences, review refund requests, and resolve order disputes. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; related usage records are used to enforce the rules of the selected plan.

Website analytics may include visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device category, interface language, error events, and network addresses in server access records. This information is used to identify page failures, detect unusual requests, assess content usability, and maintain the normal operation of the website and user panel. Analytics are not used to build profiles of the international websites users access.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

93VPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through international routes, retain web content, communications, or search content, or keep a destination list that could reconstruct browsing activity. It also does not create browsing profiles linking such information to usernames.

To measure traffic, schedule routes, troubleshoot faults, and prevent service abuse, the system may briefly process operational data such as connection times, routes used, transferred traffic, and error status. Connection logs are not retained long term. After troubleshooting, security response, or measurement purposes are complete, the relevant data is deleted or converted into aggregate information that cannot be directly linked to a specific account. 93VPN does not maintain a long-term connection history linking usernames with access destinations.

When users voluntarily submit a ticket, they decide what to provide in the ticket text, attachments, and handling records. To reduce unnecessary data exposure, users should remove account credentials, subscription details, and other sensitive materials unrelated to the issue when submitting fault information.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, interface language, necessary security states, and functional preferences. This data is used to maintain login status, restore page settings, prevent repeated actions, and support account security checks. If necessary storage is disabled, some login, order processing, or user panel functions may not work properly.

Identifiers needed for analytics are used only to summarize page usage and identify technical issues. Users can view, clear, or restrict Cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, saved sessions and preferences may need to be configured again. 93VPN does not use these storage items to record the website content users access through the subscription service.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Services

93VPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment service or transaction network. Those third parties may collect payment account information, transaction verification details, and risk-control data under their own rules. 93VPN receives only the payment result, amount, status, and transaction identifier needed to complete an order; it does not receive or store complete authentication details for third-party payment accounts.

Each third-party payment service applies its own privacy rules to data it processes independently. Users should read the relevant service information before paying. Except as needed to complete payments, issue refunds, reconcile accounts, handle disputes, or respond to valid legal requests, 93VPN does not expand its use of information obtained through payment processing.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account and subscription data is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfill transactions, process refunds, complete financial reconciliation, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. After the relevant purpose ends, they are deleted, anonymized, or access-restricted. Analytics and security records are cleared on a rolling basis according to actual troubleshooting and system protection needs, and are not retained as long-term user profiles.

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data through the ticket portal in the user panel. To prevent others from acting on their behalf, users may be asked to complete account verification before a request is processed. Once a deletion request is completed, account functions and existing subscriptions may no longer be available. Orders, disputes, or security records that must be retained by law will be restricted until their relevant purpose ends and will not be used for other purposes.

Policy Updates and Scope

This policy may change as service processes, technical measures, or applicable rules change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be revised accordingly. Important changes to data processing or user rights may be explained through a website notice or a message in the user panel.

Continuing to use the service after an update is published means that the user acknowledges the revised content. If users have questions about a change or want to confirm specific processing practices before continuing, they can submit a ticket through the user panel. Privacy matters will be handled according to this policy, actual service records, and applicable requirements.
